All adventures begins with an idea. I believe in the audacious.

I have worked for, with, and around recreation and fitness brands for the past 25 years. Prior to focusing on brand development I spent 7 years in sales and advisory working with many of the world’s leading bicycle and bicycle accessory brands. I learned first hand the many practices that can strengthen brand and those that weaken brand.

My work is now focused solely on helping people in business feel great about the daily decisions they need to make. I enjoy working with global brands as much as I enjoy bringing global brand experience to grassroots startups, solopreneurs, and small teams.

Why I believe “simple” matters
Crafting simple language to connect a team or audience to a complex idea is not easy work, yet proves vital for lasting coherence. Simple requires focus, analysis, decision, commitment, alignment and restraint. Simple is easy to understand and remember. Simple is actionable and repeatable. Big ideas come with big energy. When described with pie-in-the-sky descriptors, an idea can shatter into mire of pseudo “strategic” visions, missions, plans, goal and objectives. Simple is vital for communication and decision making. Simple ideas spread. Simple grows a brand.
