Strategy is an adventure and every path is unique. I work with you to meet your specific needs. We will flush all of this out in an initial discovery call prior to beginning.
That said, there are 3 core phases in my ideal strategy process.
1) Diagnosis / DiscoveryKickoff meeting and process overview.
Brand origins - location, heritage and founder’s story.
Relevant company background, aspirations and perceive challenges. Review of previous strategies, tactics and the works of past brand managers. Leadership and key employee interview.
Customer interviews, perceived segments, focus groups.
Brand survey to test preliminary key associations.
2) Crafting the Strategy
3) Crafting a few key objectives we expect the strategy to help us reach.
* If time and budget allow - I also recommend secondary focus groups to test perceptions of associations, strategy, and tactics.

I have experienced many brand strategy courses and here’s what I’ve found:
DIY templates, frameworks, and resources result in cookie cutter brands. Your brand is not cookie cutter.
DIY with no guide is stressful and confusing in the short-term and the more expense and time consuming option in the long-term.
YouTube promises yet rarely delivers clarity and actionable results. Especially in business. YouTube videos are intentionally designed to be a less than complete story to keep you wanting more.
Pre-recorded courses are immediately outdated and never satisfy. This is why there is a massive quantity of post-course resources on private blogs, youtube, social, etc. I answer questions in the moment so you can learn and apply immediately.
A.I. absolutely aids in research efficiency but cannot help you properly aim your queries and effectively apply the response. Let’s work together and I’ll help you use A.I. more effectively.

STEP 1) Hit that “Reserve A Seat” button and submit the form. You’ll receive a follow up email detailing the course. If you prefer to chat first, schedule time for a 20min call so you can feel assured that this is the best option for you and your brand.
STEP 2) We’ll meet for an hour, once weekly, for 6-weeks plus bonus sessions in weeks 5 and 6. In each session, you’ll receive a short lesson and weekly assignments. Assignments are intentionally spaced out to reduce stress and to force reflection at each step of the process. Each week we’ll discuss what we’ve covered up to that point and before moving on to the next lesson and assignment.
STEP 3) At the end of 6 weeks you’ll have new found business confidence and a powerful brand strategy process that you can grow with until you’re ready for next steps. -
